01Scope
This policy explains how RevEstates LLC ("RevEstates," "The RevEstate," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information gathered through therevestate.com (the "Site") and through our phone, text message, and email outreach related to buying, selling, or leasing residential property, including seller-financed and lease-to-own transactions.
It covers text messages, phone calls, and emails sent to property owners, prospective tenants, buyers, and other contacts, and messages sent to us in return. It does not cover the practices of any third-party site linked from ours, or of individuals or companies who are not acting on RevEstates' behalf.
02Information we collect
- Contact details — name, mailing address, phone number, email address.
- Property information — property address, ownership status, condition, and details you share about a property you own or are interested in.
- Communication content — the content of texts, calls, emails, and web form submissions you send us, and records of calls or texts we send you (timestamps, delivery status, opt-in/opt-out status).
- Basic technical data — such as IP address and browser type, which our website host records automatically when you visit the Site. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on the Site.
03How we collect it
- Directly from you — when you fill out a form on the Site, call or text us, reply to our outreach, or speak with us in person.
- Through social media — when you message, comment, or otherwise interact with us on a social platform.
- Through a referral — from an attorney, real estate agent, broker, or other party who connects us with you, where that party represents that you have expressed interest in hearing from us.
04How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential purchase, sale, or lease-to-own arrangement.
- To evaluate a property and prepare offers or agreements.
- To send you updates about a transaction you're already part of.
- Where you've consented, to contact you about new opportunities.
- To meet legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.
We do not use your information for any purpose incompatible with these.
05Text messages (SMS/MMS)
Consent. We text only numbers we already have an existing relationship with — people who have called, texted, emailed, or otherwise reached out to us directly — using our business phone line. We do not send text messages to numbers we have not personally interacted with. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase, sale, or service.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us. Reply HELP for help. We will honor opt-outs promptly and will not text that number again unless you opt back in.
No third-party marketing use of SMS data. Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers collected for texting are not shared with or sold to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Messages are sent using my.phone.com and standard carrier networks; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
06Phone calls
- We check numbers against the National Do Not Call Registry and honor any do-not-call request immediately, adding the number to our internal do-not-call list.
- We do not use artificial or prerecorded voice messages, or automatic dialing systems, to contact numbers without the required consent.
- We do not record phone calls.
07Email
- Every marketing email identifies RevEstates LLC as the sender, uses an accurate subject line, and is not misleading about its content.
- Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link or instructions, honored within 10 business days of your request, and includes our valid physical postal address: 4539 N 22nd St, Ste R, Phoenix, AZ 85016.
- We do not sell or rent your email address to third parties.
08Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who host the Site or operate our phone, text, and email systems (for example, our website host, phone and messaging provider, and email service), acting only on our instructions and only to provide that service.
- Authorities, where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.
09Security & retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here and to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
10Your choices
- Texts: reply
STOP to any message, or contact us directly.
- Calls: tell us at any time and we'll add your number to our internal do-not-call list.
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us directly.
- Your information: contact us to ask what we have on file, correct it, or request that we delete it, and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
11Children's privacy
Our communications are directed at adults handling property transactions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly text, call, or email a phone number or email address belonging to a child.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change. Material changes to how we use previously collected information will be communicated to affected contacts where required by law.
